Ahead of the upcoming season, AC Milan are looking to add a striker to the squad and one name that has been mentioned is Gianluca Scamacca. A player that former Rossoneri man Alberto Gilardino thinks they should go for.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Olivier Giroud, regardless of their importance, aren’t exactly getting any younger and Milan are well aware of this. That’s why they want to bring in a striker this summer, linked with Scamacca as well as Divock Origi.
In an interview with Gazzetta Dello Sport, as cited by MilanLive, former Milan striker Gilardino advised the Rossoneri to make a move for Scamacca. He also added that Domenico Berardi could be a good addition to the right-wing.
“Who would I take? I’ll say Scamacca. And I would think about Berardi. It would be important to relaunch the national team, where Immobile is unable to express himself as he would like,” he stated.
It remains to be seen what the outcome of Milan’s interest will be, especially since they are in advanced talks with Origi over a free transfer. The coming weeks should provide more clarity on the matter.
Gilaaa, I miss those dives man
Scamacca will be 1 season wonder, just like piatek, even his name says it would be a scam
Ok Gilardino, but first you go apply to sassoulo DS, so you can sell them to US with cheap price not over price like now
So, his plan is that Milan takes on the task of relaunching the national team? ?? 😀
I watched Scamacca against Lazio. The dude was owned by the Lazio defense.
I would still prefer Raspadori.
