GdS: Inter far from happy with Calhanoglu’s outbursts in interview – he could be fined

By Oliver Fisher -

Inter are not happy with Hakan Calhanoglu’s interview during which he decided to take aim at Zlatan Ibrahimovic and the AC Milan fans, which could cost him financially.

Ibrahimovic made a few headlines when he asked the Milan fans to send a message to Calhanoglu during the Scudetto parade and the Turkish midfielder responded to the matter during an interview with Tivibu Spor yesterday.

He spoke about several topics, including the now soured relationship between him and his former Milan team-mate Ibrahimovic and he even mentioned a disagreement with Simone Inzaghi over who should have been substituted off during their crucial derby defeat against the Rossoneri in February.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport (via PianetaMilan), Inter are far from pleased with such a public outburst and could fine Calhanoglu because the midfielder did not notify the Nerazzurri that he would give the interview to the Turkish source, which goes against club policy.

  1. I don’t care at all what happens at inter, but why is Limone Inzaghi so hurt by Haka’s comments. What he said is actually true. Limone is terrible in game management. The previous year when he was still at Lazio, Lazio was dominating Milan after Milan took quick 2-0 lead. Lazio dominates & makes it 2-2 and that “genius ” subbed off both of his best players SMS and Immobile, game turned around and Milan won with Theo header.

  2. Some day Hakan will join another club and immediately talk smack about Inter.
Glad we got rid of that clubhouse cancer.
