AC Milan and Rafael Leao have reached an agreement over the contract renewal and only the official announcement is missing. In spite of this, the Portuguese winger could pack his bags this summer, as per a journalist.
Leao is a key player for the Rossoneri, having scored 14 and assisted an additional 15 goals this season. The renewal agreement is thus a huge relief not just for the fans, but also the Milan management.
As stated by the controversial journalist Cristiano Ruiu on Calciomercato.com, it’s likely that Leao will leave Milan this summer in spite of the renewal. He believes, therefore, that it was just a way for the Rossoneri to up the price.
Ruiu is not exactly known for his inside reports and he has often been very critical of Milan. The suggestion that Leao will leave in the summer thus has to be taken with a pinch of salt. Of course, the Rossoneri can’t do anything if a team decides to activate the €175m release clause.

Well after he renew , only PSG can pay that 100m euro + in need for LW. Other rich club already have starter LW so it is high chance he will stay for 2-3 season in AC Milan but ofc we need him to official sign contract first
