AC Milan have set their sights on Mehdi Taremi for the No.9 role but as they cannot make a final decision just yet, other clubs could overtake them. According to a report, Tottenham could take on the Rossoneri.
Milan need a striker ahead of next season and Taremi now appears to be the first choice for the club. However, since he’s a non-EU player, the Rossoneri have not pulled the trigger yet as they can only sign one more non-EU player.
According to the journalist Sacha Tavolieri, Milan are indeed interested in the Iranian international and the price tag is between €15m and €20m. Furthermore, the striker has given priority to the Rossoneri in recent hours.
In addition to Milan, Lille are also interested and even Tottenham could join the race, but it depends on the future of Harry Kane (linked with Bayern Munich). This past season, the 30-year-old scored 22 goals in the league and 5 in the Champions League.
