Rafael Leao has apologised to Juventus fans on social media after some of them took exception to what he did with a shirt he was given after Sunday night’s games.
As is customary at full-time in every game, Leao swapped shirts with a Juventus player but a picture did the rounds showing that he had decided to tuck it down his shorts, which some Bianconeri supporters took as being a provocation.
Leao apologised on Twitter, stating: “If any fan felt disrespected for putting the shirt inside my shorts, I apologise, it was not my intention to convey any disrespect, on the contrary, I respect all institutions!! Forza Milan. The hate is real damn.”
Se algum adepto se sentiu desrespeitado por ter metido a camisola dentro dos calções peço desculpa , não foi a minha intenção transmitir qualquer tipo de desrespeito aliás pelo contrário respeito todas as instituições!! Forza Milan ❤️🖤
