Rafael Leao has already begun work ahead of next season, and the AC Milan star has already begun preparing to meet with Massimiliano Allegri.
In the weeks leading up to the Raduno, there has been a large focus on Leao. After all, the project is set to be built around him. Allegri is not the first to try this approach; however, he is the best versed to do so.
The coach has a history of making stars better and finding the balance to make them click. After all, this is one of the big wishes for the Rossoneri: to make Leao one of the best, rather than him staying at the level below.

Several players have already returned to training, but the Portuguese is not due back until tomorrow night, the night before the first proper training session. However, he has not been holidaying. Instead, he has been preparing.
As Gazzetta dello Sport write this afternoon, the winger has been with Dario Marcolin, training ahead of pre-season. News that means slightly more due to Marcolin’s past; he used to play with Allegri at Cagliari.
Whether he will feed anything back to Allegri remains to be seen. However, it bodes well for Leao that he has chosen to take this path with his pre-season. The report also states that Destiny Udogie was present, so perhaps he could have been helping persuade him to join the Diavolo.
