Leoa hav been unlucky to be working with Mediocre managers in Milan e.g Giampoalo. PIOLI. Foncesa and not Conceicao.

Conceicoa trophies are from Mediocre Portugese league. The Super cup he won is down to Foncesa work.
Pioli only trophy was won in Milan majorly by the return of Zlatan to the playing squad.

Number one, Barcelona can’t afford Leao as they are broke. Number two, they don’t need him, they have Raphinha who is a much better player than Leao. With that said, maybe if Leao was coached by a good coach, he would become a lot better – look at Raphinha, he was just mediocre and couldn’t last more than 60 minutes per game last season while he flourished under Flick and it one of their best players. Who the coach is matters and Milan has not have a top coach since Ancelotti left.

Yea, you’re right. They won’t pay him any more than what he makes now. Hopefully he has good performances in his the next season or two so at least they can maximize on the return for his services. Would be wise to start planning for his replacement though.
Next two seasons? No, if he stays this summer and they won’t offer him an extension he has ONE more season. His contract is up in 2028 and 2026 will be the final opportunity to get max value. Otherwise we’ll be in the Donnarumma/Kessie/Calhanoglu/Theo situation once again for the umpteenth time.

If management really want to bring back Milan this its place, than why dont hire Ancelloti, or Klopp or any other high profile coach.

For me this kind of news is not important. The most important is, who is our new SD, then who is our next coach, then we talk about the players, strategy, etc.
