Milan are scanning the market for a midfielder and have been linked with several players in the last few weeks. However, as they have failed to close a deal for any of their targets, some new names have appeared in the media.
The newest addition to the Rossoneri’s wish list is Toma Basic, as reported by L’Equipe earlier today. The 23-year-old midfielder, who currently plays for Bordeaux, is open to a move and his agent is well aware of this.
With less than ten days left of the transfer window, his future is yet to be written and Milan have inquired about the situation. In addition to the Rossoneri, Cagliari have also expressed their interest as of late.
As mentioned, Basic’s agent is aware of the situation and made it very clear – cited by L’Equipe – that he would do everything to facilitate a potential move. Good news for Milan, should they decide to move forward with their interest.
“If there is an offer which meets the expectations of the club and which allows Toma to step up, I will do everything so that he leaves,” he said.
