Divock Origi

Longo: Milan eagerly awaiting response as Origi evaluates Saudi Arabia move

Divock Origi is no longer in the plans of AC Milan and could thus say goodbye after just one year at the club. Saudi Arabia is one of the possible destinations, with the player currently evaluating the option.

Origi arrived on a free transfer from Liverpool last summer and after struggling with injuries at the start of his tenure, he never really got going. He bagged just two goals last season and Milan are now willing to cash in.

According to Daniele Longo, Origi has attracted interest from Saudi Arabia and Milan are very keen on making that happen. The Belgian international is currently evaluating the destination and the Rossoneri are eagerly awaiting his response.

Since Milan signed him on a free transfer, any transfer fee will be registered as a capital gain for the Rossoneri. They could surely fetch around €15m from a Saudi Arabian club, which could then be reinvested in the transfer market.

  1. It would be crazy story. Saved will be 5 million gross per year of salary + earnings are revenue from transfer fee.

Hope Origi realise like Rebic that if he wants to save playing career, move from Milan anywhere is only option for him.

  2. Dude, here is your chance to at least make some money. You have to realize that you were not good enough and there are not even glimpses of anything there with you. Do yourself and all of us a favor and go and make some money while you can. Soon you will not even be good for their second division the way they are signing players
