Longo: Milan will hold talks with Ibrahimovic in one month – the offer in mind

By Isak Möller -

Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s contract will expire at the end of the season and he’s expected to sit down with the AC Milan management to discuss the matter very soon. And the figures of a potential deal have now emerged.

The Swede has just recovered from his injury and will be on the bench for Milan in their game against Napoli tonight. He isn’t exactly focused on his future right now, therefore, but it will be discussed in due course.

According to Daniele Longo, talks will be held between Milan and Ibrahimovic in one month and the Rossoneri intend to offer him €2.5m-3m for the fixed part. There will also be bonuses related to individual and team achievements.

Considering that Sweden will take part in the World Cup play-offs later this month, it only makes sense to wait for the outcome of that. Sweden making it through would be a further incentive for Ibrahimovic to continue one more season.
