In an interview with La Domenica Sportiva, Italy manager Roberto Mancini spoke about AC Milan’s Giacomo Bonaventura.
“Bonaventura can play in so many positions, he knows how to dribble and this is important. Today those players who play close to the penalty box need to be able to dribble, as this creates a numerical superiority,” Mancini stated.
Bonaventura, along with Caldara, Donnarumma and Romagnoli, has been called up to Italy’s squad for the games against Poland and Portugal. These two games will be the Azzurri’s first in the new Nations League.
