As Hakan Calhanoglu decided not to renew his contract, joining city rivals Inter instead, Milan need to find a new playmaker. In addition to Brahim Diaz, they also have another Real Madrid-familiar name on their list.
According to Marca, the Rossoneri are in ‘advanced negotiations’ with the agent of James Rodriguez, Jorge Mendes. The idea is to sign the Colombian as the replacement for Calhanoglu, deemed the right profile for the club.

“Sign young and promising player” BS. Milan have enough young and promising player. All they need is leader and experienced player with champion mentality like ibra. Before Ibra came to revolutionize these kids mentality, they were only try to give their best not to win. For winning, you need more than just the best performance.
