Mediaset: Milan play waiting game despite Chelsea man’s desire to return; €23m price tag set

By Oliver Fisher -

Tiemoue Bakayoko has made his will to return to AC Milan clear, a report claims, but the Rossoneri are still haggling with Chelsea over his fee.

Bakayoko continues to be the midfielder strongest linked with a move to Milan as the Rossoneri are in need of reinforcements in that particular department following Lucas Biglia’s departure.

MilanNews reported on Wednesday how Milan have been working on a return for Bakayoko for some time, because he is a player who is appreciated by owners Elliott Management due to his physical and athletic characteristics.

According to what SportMediaset (via MilanNews) are reporting, Bakayoko is always in Milan’s viewfinder. The player’s desire to return is clear, while Chelsea are asking for €23million in order to let him go.

The Milan management believe this figure to be a bit too high , so they will therefore wait a few weeks before trying the decisive thrust, in the hope that the Blues will lower their demands.
