Mediaset: Milan want to sign exciting young €85m duo before window closes

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are looking to bring in players in two key positions during the final few days of the winter transfer window, a report claims.

It is seemingly no secret that the Rossoneri hierarchy are currently busy working on a number of sales at the club’s Casa Milan hierarchy as we enter the closing stages of the January mercato.

A number of reports are claiming that Suso is closing in on a move to Sevilla worth a potential €25m, while there is also plenty of speculation doing the rounds claiming that Spurs are in talks to sign €30m-rated striker Krzysztof Piatek.

According to SportMediaset – as cited by MilanNews.it – Milan are also working on the incoming market, and there are two signings that Paolo Maldini and Zvonomir Boban wish to complete.

The first is Roma winger Cengiz Under, a player that Maldini and Boban like a lot and one who would be a direct replacement for Suso. However, Roma will only leave if they have sorted their own attacking department.

The other player in question is Benfica’s Florentino Luis, who could arrive on loan with either an option or obligation to buy.

Calciomercato recently reported that the deal for Florentino could reach €45m when factoring in the loan fee, while reports this month have claimed Under is currently valued at €40m.
