Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Leonardo is not willing to pay the asking price AC Milan have set for Lucas Paqueta, a report claims.
Calciomercato.com‘s Fabrizio Romano reported on January 1 that Paquetà and Milan are likely to part ways in January amid rumours linking the Brazilian midfielder with a move to PSG.
However, he added that it will only be done on the Rossoneri’s terms and that an offer of at least €30-35m would be required to bring the Rossoneri to the negotiating table
Then, Sky Italia reporter Luca Marchetti revealed on Monday that Paqueta is in fact still a January objective for Leonardo, who held the same role at Milan until the end of last season.
According to the latest from SportMediaset – as cited by MilanNews.it – PSG have not abandoned the idea of signing the former Flamengo man.
However, the Ligue 1 side have made it clear that they are not willing to pay the €35million asking price that Milan have set and would need a discount to get a deal done.
