AC Milan coach Stefano Pioli has got an impressive away record that he wants to keep up when his team travel to face Hellas Verona on Sunday, a report claims.
As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Milan News), Pioli is yet to lose an away game in Serie A in 2022 which is a deeply impressive record.
With the year starting to come to a close, the Italian coach will be desperate to make sure that his team is properly equipped for every away game.
The trip to the Stadio Marc-Antonio Bentegodi on Sunday evening will be a tough match despite Verona’s poor form this season.
They have just sacked Gabriele Cioffi and appointed Salvatore Bocchetti. The players will have a point to prove to the new coach as to why they should be in the starting lineup.
The match on Sunday will also be Pioli’s 150th in charge of Milan.
