The AC Milan management are continuing to work on the signing of Houssem Aouar on what would be a free transfer, a report claims.
According to a report from Matteo Moretto of Relevo, Milan ‘continue to work on the Aouar track’ and they have had new recent contacts with the player’s entourage, who has nothing signed with any club at the moment.
It comes after Relevo reported last month that Aouar has not yet decided where he will play next season but he knows that he wants to play in the Champions League, and that the Rossoneri have been in contact with the player’s agents for months.
They also stated that Aouar has already spoken to some of the French players in the squad about living in Milano and that the arrival of the Frenchman could well depend on whether Brahim Díaz returns to Real Madrid at the end of the season or not.
