Watch: 2021-22 highlights so far show why Milan should be excited about Adli’s arrival

By Oliver Fisher -

One of AC Milan’s summer signings continues to show that he could be a very big part of the club’s core moving forward.

On deadline day night, Milan announced the signing of Adli from Bordeaux in a deal which was completed before the Italian transfer window closed at 8pm. The midfielder, who turned 21 last month, has signed a five-year contract with the Rossoneri and it was agreed that Adli would be sent back to the French side on loan for this season.

Adli has one goal and six assists for Bordeaux in 22 league games during what has been a disappointing campaign for the team so far, and he was even given the captain’s armband for their most recent game which shows how important he is to them at the age of just 21.

    1. Totally agree, I mean why quit when you are losing. It is always “next” year with the Rossoneri. You had an opening loss to lowly Specia, wtf, get pissed off and win, but no, too busy about the “tranfer” window, and strikers, we managed to stay in striking distance at the break. I put this somewhat on Pioli with poor player decision making and alignment on the pitch.
