Tuttosport: Milan, Spurs and Man City remain in Vlahovic sweepstakes but €60m+ fee is likely

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are one of the clubs interested in signing Dusan Vlahovic from Fiorentina but the asking price may put Italian clubs off, a report claims.

The newspaper Tuttosport (via MilanNews) focuses on the future of Vlahovic and confirm that Fiorentina want to try and spark an auction, knowing that they could fetch €60-70m from the sale of their prized asset.

This could discourage the suitors, but for the time being both Juventus and Milan are keen on landing the Serbia international, while abroad the 21-year-old is very popular with both Tottenham and Manchester City from the Premier League. His brace against the Rossoneri at the weekend will certainly not have put Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara off.

The Florence edition of La Nazione (via Calciomercato.com) recently highlighted the match-up between striker Vlahovic and his idol Zlatan Ibrahimovic in Saturday’s game. The Serbia internatonal has made it clear he will not renew his contract and therefore will soon start a new adventure, and Milan seem to be interested because of Ibra’s words.

  1. He’s 21 and worth every penny. We should not hesitate to sign him even for 60M. Well worth it considering he’s only 21. Ideal Ibra replacement. Let’s go Elliot – spend some cash!
