Despite his illness, CEO Ivan Gazidis has never stopped working and a new important sponsorship will reportedly soon be announced.
MilanNews reports that Gazidis will soon return from New York where he is currently for new checks on the throat cancer that he has been battling over the last few months, but despite this he has been continuing to work on securing new revenue opportunities for the Rossoneri.
The CEO is about to finalise a new and important sponsorship, as per the source, along with his team of collaborators who have also been working hard to maximise income. MilanNews writes that the club are experiencing phase two of their economic-sporting rebirth and this can be seen in the stadium revenue too.
When factoring in both the league and the Champions League, the Rossoneri have already broken past the €15m barrier in terms of box office revenue, in eight games of the current campaign.
