GdS: Milan have a plan in place for young striker out on loan

By Euan Burns -

AC Milan have got a plan in place for the development of young striker Lorenzo Colombo who is on loan at Lecce this season, a report claims.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Pianeta Milano), Colombo has been impressing down in Salento and appears to be very happy with his surroundings.

He is on loan from the Rossoneri until the end of the season and the club are starting to think about what they should do with him next.

Lecce have the right to make the deal permanent at the end of the season for €3.5 million, but Milan have a clause meaning they can sign him back again for €4.5 million, so Lecce are guaranteed to make €1 million from the deal.

Many feel that he can make an impact in the first team next season, and it seems likely that he will be back in training at Milanello in June and will then be assessed.
