You all need to be a bit more perceptive and actually READ the article. It specifically says that Milan will look to opportunities later in the market, where players will be cheaper. Hence, they are counting on Guirassy being available for less than the €70 million that Dortmund are currently asking for. Same with Darwin Nunez at Liverpool.
If they want to spend big money on a striker why not go for sesko

instead of wasting 35-40 million every year on attacking players every year. Just buy Sesko for 70 million and be sorted for the next decade.
