Mediaset: Milan emerge as possible option for €30m-rated Lazio star

By Euan Burns -

AC Milan are a possible destination for Lazio star Luis Alberto who is set to leave the Roman club in the January transfer window, a report claims.

As has been reported by Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset (via Milan News), the Rossoneri are a surprise option for the Spanish attacking midfielder who is not in Maurizio Sarri’s plans and has been linked with a move away from Lazio for some time.

Recent comments from his agent suggested that he could be on the move as early as the January transfer window and a return to La Liga is the most likely option.

Villareal and Sevilla are known to be interested, but it is also reported that there is interest from Milan too. It is thought to be a response to the fact that Charles De Ketelaere is yet to hit the heights that the club expected when they signed the Belgian attacking midfielder.

Lazio are thought to want €30 million.

    1. Give him a break. We’ve all had off days and these guys write so we can have things to read about Milan each day. If it helps, Belgium and Holland used to have very close ties in the past. 😅

  1. Luis Alberto would be great in the CAM role, Giroud would love him, but the chances of happening are zero to none.
He has 3 more years left on his contract, and Lotito and Lazio don’t do discounts and favors
