AC Milan’s Primavera side showed a lot of heart and character to twice come from behind and earn a 2-2 draw in the derby against Inter.
When Esposito put Inter ahead early on it looked like it might be a long evening for Ignazio Abate’s side, but Victor Eletu equalised soon after to get the hosts back on level terms after a cross from Bozzolan and a low left-footed shot.
Inter then went ahead again when in the 19th minute Owusu unleashed a right-footed effort that left Vásquez with no chance, and Casali’s red card for two yellows seemed to end hope of a comeback.
However, in the 74th minute Cuenca grabbed the equaliser: Kassama’s mistake was one Sia and El Hilali did not fail to capitalise on, and Hugo swept home to level things up.
