MN: Find out which Milan star ran the furthest in win over Verona

By Euan Burns -

One AC Milan star ran further than all of his teammates during the 2-1 win over Hellas Verona and that wasn’t his only achievement during the match.

As has been reported by Milan News, Sandro Tonali had a truly superb game for the Rossoneri as he got the winning goal, was awarded the MVP of the game, and covered more ground than anyone else.

He ran an impressive 11.4 kilometres during the match at the Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi on Sunday night. He was closely followed by Pierre Kalulu who ran 10.3km, Theo Hernandez who ran 10km, Matteo Gabbia with 9.9km and then Fikayo Tomori who ran 9.5km.

It is a testament to the immense levels of effort that Tonali seems to put into every game and also his fitness levels as he found himself in the right place up the pitch to get the winner in the 82nd minute on what was a tight contest.

  1. It means our forwards pretty passive.

I have an idea to move use 4-1-2-1-2. 4 Def : Calabria, Kalulu, Tomori, Theo. 1 DM : Bennacer, 2 MCs : Tonali & Saelemaekers (He has good def stats & good at underlap or overlap). 1 AMC : CDK. 2 STC : Leao & Giroud/Rebic. I think we will more dynamic at the center & give Theo & Calabria more room at wings to give more crossing to serve our good target men.

Leao should has more advance position, to give him more chance to go center & make better chance to scores. All football big stars enjoy to play at the center, thats a fact, and he is a big star now.
