MN: Milan’s upcoming game against Fiorentina expected to be a 76k sell-out

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan’s game against Fiorentina at San Siro on Sunday is now expected to be a sell-out with almost all tickets already bought, a report claims.

The Scudetto race is finely poised as Milan and Inter trade blows heading into the final few games. The supporters remain right behind the Rossoneri as seen last weekend when 13,000 Milanisti were in the capital to witness the last-minute win against Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico.

According to MilanNews, after the trip en-masse to the Olimpico for the Lazio game, there will be a huge crowd on hand to watch the game at San Siro on Sunday at 15:00 CEST when Stefano Pioli’s side welcome a tricky Fiorentina side.

The report adds that 75,000 tickets have already been sold out out of a total capacity of 76,000 which means a full sell-out is now practically certain. In the decisive stretch of the season, the fans are right behind the team.

  1. I am looking to buy 3-4 tickets. Any tips on where to still get some decent ones? Any chance infront of the stadium during match day? Sorry haven’t gone to a game in ages as I lived on a different continent, hence my questions, appreciate any hints.

    1. I never noticed any scalpers when I went a few years ago as are commonly found here in North America. The last few games I went to, I bought directly through the AC Milan site as I was a bit paranoid about counterfeit tickets (happened to me for a match in Germany). I know this doesn’t help much but just wanted to advise you to be careful where you choose to buy from and good luck!
