AC Milan have been linked with some ambitious striker moves this summer, and the latest is Borussia Dortmund’s Serhou Guirassy.
It has already been announced by Igli Tare that Milan are in the market for a new No.9. He also confirmed that the club want a centre-forward with characteristics very similar to Olivier Giroud, to put alongside Santiago Gimenez.

Milan plot Guirassy attempt
On Sunday, Corriere dello Sport reported that Guirassy is on Milan’s radar again. After a season scoring almost a goal per game for Dortmund, the Rossoneri’s interest has been piqued following a previous attempt.
The same paper (via MilanPress) have doubled down on the idea, stating that it is not a simple pursuit by any means. Dortmund are currently at the FIFA Club World Cup in the United States and of course will not negotiate the sale of a star during the tournament.

They want €70m at present, but it will be necessary to wait until the end of their time at the Club World Cup to actually start talks and understand if they would be willing to lower their demands.
Guirassy racked up 35 goals across all competitions last season, in addition to nine assists. He is 29 years of age, so there would be a question mark about investing a big amount on a player that will soon enter their 30s.

29 my arse. He’s 39.
45 Million + Musah (25 Mil) for Osimhen ….
Im all in for this. i would give them 50m
If Guirassy is worth 70 million, Gyokeres is almost worth the same. No way Milan is getting either. We’ll end up with Retegui (who I think is excellent but has a similar profile to Gimenez) or someone in the same price range.
So we could have signed him a year or so ago BEFORE he went to Dortmund for 17M….and now we are after this cat when his price tag is 70M?????Hahahahhahahahaha!!!
Furlani the Genius!!!!
Exactly. Borussia got him for 18 M last season, and he did 35 goals, 9 assists for them. Ekitiké went to Frankfurt for around 20 M (between loan fee and transfer fee after) and this past season did 22 goals and 12 assists, and now his market value is 75 M. Even Dovbyk at Roma in his first season did 17 goals and 4 assists, and his cost was 30 M after he was La Liga joint top scorer the season before. The other joint top scorer next to Dovbyk? Sorloth, bought by 32 M, and in his first season at Atlético, and mostly coming from the bench, did 24 goals and 2 assists. But no, management went for Morata, and now they are wanting a top striker? Top one won’t be less than 70 M.
They should try to convince Osimhen, and then negotiate with Napoli around 40-50 M cash and offer them also Muhas, Okafor or anyone of the other players that Milan wants to cut
You are correct. I remember this too. It seems Furlani and Moncada just constantly pass on players when their price tag is low and then when the price tag rises they have regrets.
Same story with Retegui, Ekitike, etc.
I remember his release clause was 17mill.
They have been late with sooo many transfers, idiotic management.
My guess is he would have never scored as many with us so that his value would have increased to the 70m quoted here, not with our environment. And even if he did (highly doubt it), Furlani would have sold him first thing Monday morning
Useless management 70 million for who is he Ronaldinho, Messi, Neymar, Robinho, or kaka?
We all know the transfer market is inflated. Players selling for 150mil
