Yunus Musah’s situation at AC Milan is slightly confusing. It seems there are three options open to him, but for AC Milan, only one is present.
There are conflicting views on Musah across the fanbase, and it is understandable why. Since joining, he has not established a role – either within the squad or positionally – and this is still really the case. So, some believe it is better to stop there.

Others believe the lack of solidity provides Milan with something. Perhaps, under Massimiliano Allegri, that could change, especially with the Italian said to like his profile.
Nothing advanced yet
The option of staying in Rossonero is an option, then it seems. However, it is not the only idea in mind.
As our SempreMilan.it colleague Luca Maninetti writes, there are two interested parties of note: Napoli and Nottingham Forest. The former would be able to offer €25 million to see him move to Naples, whilst a €30m bid could be provided to move to Nottingham.

The American, as is written, would prefer to stay in Italy, but a ‘central’ role would be waiting for him in the Premier League.
As of right now, though, there is no movement. Matteo Moretto, this afternoon, states that there are ‘no advanced negotiations’ for the midfielder just yet. So, it is a waiting game until that point.

Most people will probably prefer the extra 5M from Newcastle. Yet this guy’s can singlehandedly ruin Napoli’s scudetto race. So…
LOL. Literally
If Bondo is set to be loaned, it will not be wise to also sell Musah.
Ricci, Modrić and Jashari aren’t defensive profiles, so that will leave us with only Fofana as the “defensive midfielder”.
Hmm. As far as I’m concerned Jashari, Ricci and Fofana are all considered box to box players who can defend, with Ricci maybe also able to fulfill the regista role. I think we’ll be OK without Musah as a type. What may become a concern if Musah and Bondo both is the number of midfielders.
Ricci and Jashari, while being box-to-box players seem to have rather poor defensive stats according to fbref (well even Fofana isn’t that great) so I don’t know how reliable they are in this regard.
If we play 3 man mid, we may not need a strong def midfield. Deeplying playmaker is whom we really need (+ 2 strong Box to box/Mezzala to control the mid) and thanks god, Modric, Ricci and Jashari can both play at that role
I’m more excited about this than the Jashari news (which got me really hyped, btw)
He won’t be sold.
Now I’m convinced he absolutely can be. Thanks for the reassurance.
Ok. Who cares?
I would rather loan him to Forest!
