Stefano Pioli’s first game in charge of AC Milan will take place tomorrow, as Lecce will pay a visit to the San Siro. The team selection will be crucial for the Rossoneri as they need their best possible line-up.
According to MilanNews.it, there will only be one change in the defence, and it’s not a tactical one: Conti will replace Calabria at right-back as the latter is serving a one-game ban.
In the midfield, however, there will be one change of tactical nature, per the report. Instead of Calhanoglu, Paqueta will get the chance to the left which many fans have wanted for a long time now. However, the former won’t be on the bench.
In fact, he will play in a new position for the season, more specifically on the left flank. As stated by the report, Pioli believes that it’s his best position. In addition to Calhanoglu, Leao will get the chance in the middle while Suso will play on the right.
