MN: Andre Silva set for AC Milan return; Leonardo’s plan

By Isak Möller -

According to the latest reports, AC Milan loanee Andre Silva could be heading back to the San Siro, despite previous comments from Sevilla indicating otherwise.

The Portuguese striker only has one goal in La Liga in 2019 and some physical problems are affecting his season with Sevilla. Currently on loan at the Spanish side, with a buy-out clause set at around €39m, he could return to Italy sooner than expected.

After a super start, scoring almost every game, 2019 has been more linked to the bench for Andre Silva. As concern grows at Sevilla, the redeeming of the player seems more and more unlikely, according to MilanNews.it

However, this doesn’t have to be negative for AC Milan. In fact, their sporting director, Leonardo, has already eyed the possibility of inserting Andre Silva as a technical counterpart in other deals. The likes of Marseille and Monaco are interested in the player.
