MN: Giroud trains individually as planned – the latest in view of the derby

By Oliver Fisher -

Olivier Giroud continued to work individually in view of the derby against Inter on Saturday but there is no concern regarding his condition, according to a report.

MilanNews have relayed the latest updates from the training ground in view of the derby in three days, and they state that Giroud also carried out an individual training session today as scheduled.

The French striker is feeling good though, and tomorrow – when the tactical sessions for the derby begin – he should be a part of the rest of the group and therefore he is expected to start the match.

There were some players who have returned from international duty too, namely Rafael Leao, Rade Krunic, Theo Hernandez, Mike Maignan and Malick Thiaw, all of whom worked at Milanello in view of the game.

Christian Pulisic and Yunus Musah have also arrived in Milan and will join the group tomorrow, given they played in the early hours of the morning (European time) for the USA.
