Franck Kessie and Milan could part ways after only two seasons. The Rossoneri midfielder, who arrived from Atalanta, is reportedly on the market.
Milan are in need of extra cash to fund the deal for Angel Correa, who remains a priority for the attack. After Andre Silva’s move fell through, therefore, Kessie could be sacrificed.
The distance between the Rossoneri’s demands and the offers that have arrived remain significant, but if there is real interest from Wolves then the negotiations could take off very soon.
The English market closes on August 8, so there is not much time left for the clubs to negotiate, which is the main reason behind the complicated nature of the deal.
Furthermore, Kessie is not keen on joining Wolves, as he wants to play for a more prestigious club. Considering this, it doesn’t look like the Ivorian will reunite with Patrick Cutrone in England.
