Rafael Leao has taken a step forward in his recovery ahead of Tuesday’s Champions League semi-final second leg against Inter, a report claims.
According to what is being reported by MilanNews, the positive news is that Leao trained with the rest of the squad for the entire training session today at Milanello aside from the practice match which came at the end.
It shows progress in Leao’s recovery, given that prior to today he had only done individual work on the field, and it seems to confirm the words of Stefano Pioli and others who have claimed he will be back for the game against Inter.
Junior Messias and Rade Krunic missed the trip to face Spezia yesterday as they have some muscle discomfort, and they trained on their own which means their presence against the Nerazzurri remains in doubt with tomorrow’s session key.
