There is a possibility that Milan midfielder Franck Kessie could join rivals Napoli in the summer transfer window, according to a report.
Despite having been virtually an ever-present in the starting XI since his arrival from Atalanta back in 2017, Kessie continues to be linked with a possible exit in the upcoming transfer window.
Napoli continue to be the team from Italy that is strongest linked, and his agent certainly did not rule out the possibility of a move south for his client during his most recent interview.
According to MilanNews, Kessie continues to flirt with Napoli, through his agent but also directly with Rino Gattuso. The Ivorian has a great relationship with the former Rossoneri boss, and the idea of playing again for him again is tempting.
In recent transfer windows Milan have tried to sell Kessie abroad, particularly to Premier League clubs, without ever finding the final agreement. If in the summer Napoli were to present an offer of around €25million, Kessie would seriously think about it and Milan could also register a capital gain.
Giuntoli has always liked the player and the dialogues could continue in the summer.
