MN: Milan verbally agree terms with 19-year-old striker – agents at work to make move happen

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are continuing to push ahead with the Kaio Jorge operation and have a verbal agreement over personal terms, a report claims.

MilanNews writes that negotiations for Kaio Jorge – the main target to complete the centre-forward department – are proceeding well. Initially the idea of the management was to sign him on a free transfer in January, but they are trying to beat the competition and sign him in the summer.

Milan are hoping to buy him from Santos for a relatively low amount, especially since in a few months they will be able to get him for nothing, while Santos may lower their demands from the initial €10m given the situation.

The 19-year-old wants the move and there is already a verbal agreement between the Rossoneri and Kaio Jorge, while his agents are trying to reduce the fees of the operation. Jorge would arrive as a reinforcement for the future, but also a third striker behind Ibrahimovic and Giroud.
