With his contract expiring in December of this year, the original idea was to bring him to Milanello in January on a free transfer, but now the management appear to be pushing ahead to try and beat the competition and sign Jorge this summer.

Milan are also working on the renewal of Franck Kessie and optimism filters from Casa Milan, while in the last few days the terms of the agreement found two weeks ago for Brahim Diaz between Real Madrid and AC Milan have changed due to tax issues.
