AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli will be without left-back Ricardo Rodriguez again for Thursday night’s game.
The Rossoneri host a struggling SPAL side who have failed to register a single point or even score a goal in their four away matches in Serie A so far this season.
The game is currently being billed as a must-win game for Stefano Pioli’s men, with the team having lost five of their first nine games in Serie A and finding themselves in the bottom half of the table as a result.
Pioli announced his 23-man squad for the game earlier on Thursday with no surprises, aside from possibly the fact that Rodriguez’s name was once again missing.
According to MilanNews.it, the Swiss international has not yet recovered from a problem with his right adductor muscle.
It will be the sixth consecutive game without playing for Rodriguez, after he started the first four under Marco Giampaolo.
