MN: Two clubs show interest in Chelsea midfielder as Milan wait for news

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have been made aware that there are two teams interested in signing Tiemoue Bakayoko and as such his loan could end early, a report claims.

According to MilanNews, the Rossoneri are pushing to sign a new central midfielder and they are in active talks over a deal for Raphael Onyedika of FC Midtjylland, with developments expected tomorrow regarding a potential €7m deal following the second leg of their Champions League play-off round second leg against Benfica tonight, with the Danish club having to overturn a 4-1 deficit.

As a result, Bakayoko risks falling even further down the pecking order and the report mentions that there have been movements regarding the future of the Frenchman, who is about to go into the second of a two-year loan from Chelsea.

Interest has arrived from a Spanish club and an English club, so the player’s entourage are looking for a solution for their client where he can play with more continuity in the 2022-23 season.
