MN: Two games for Milan to put pressure on Inter – it starts with Salernitana

By Isak Möller -

Milan are experiencing a very positive moment after three wins on the bounce (all comps) and they will be looking to make it four this evening. It’s the first of two games that could put great pressure on Inter.

As highlighted by MilanNews, having leapfrog Inter in the standings, the Rossoneri need to remain ahead and that starts with tonight’s clash away from home against Salernitana. And on Friday next week, they will face Udinese at home.

Milan need to show the Nerazzurri that they can get the job done against the bottom-half sides, ahead of the clash between the two sides on March 1 (Coppa Italia) and then the Rossoneri’s game against Napoli in the league.

Failing to claim six points from these two games could be very costly for the Rossoneri and, above all, would fuel Inter in the league and also for the Coppa Italia clash. That’s why an important mission starts tonight.
