MN: Two players work individually as preparations for Sampdoria game begin

By Oliver Fisher -

The AC Milan squad returned to Milanello today for a training session at the sports centre to begin preparing for the Sampdoria game, and two players worked alone.

Milan kicked off their 2022-23 Champions League campaign last night in Austria against Red Bull Salzburg – coming away with a point that they had to fight very hard for – but there is no time for a day off at the moment given the next commitment is on Saturday night at the Marassi.

MilanNews confirmed that the group returned to training at Milanello today to begin preparing for the Sampdoria game which will kick-off at 20:45 CEST at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris.

In terms of injury news, Rade Krunic and Ante Rebic – who are recovering from their respective physical problems – both did individual work and therefore the sessions tomorrow and Friday will be crucial in deciding if they will be able to play any part against Samp.
