There are expected to be more AC Milan fans than Lazio supporters in Sunday’s game at the Stadio Olimpico, according to a report.
La Repubblica (via Calciomercato.com) reported that Lazio’s Curva Nord will be almost entirely empty, given that the ultras have announced that they will not attend the game because of the ticket prices requested, meaning over half of the tickets sold so far are to Milan’s tifosi.
MilanNews have followed that up by claiming that about 7,500 Rossoneri fans are expected in the away end capital for Lazio-Milan on Sunday as the tickets on sale in the Milan sector have been sold out, but there are even more expected.
In the rest of the stadium there should be further Milan fans as tickets are on sale for the Curva Sud (opposite Lazio’s Curva Nord) and therefore there should be more Rossoneri supporters there than home fans.
