Official: Date and location confirmed for Milan’s Supercoppa clash against Inter

By Isak Möller -

As AC Milan won the Scudetto this past season, and city rivals went all the way in the Coppa Italia, they will face each other in the Supercoppa Italiana this upcoming season. The date and location have now been confirmed.

Milan and Inter faced each other four times this past season and the H2H record was all square at the end of it (1W, 2D, 1L). With reinforcements expected for both sides, the clashes next season should be very interesting.

As cited by Pietro Mazzara, the date and location for the Supercoppa have now been announced: January 18, 2023, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The exact kick-off time will be released later and in Italy, Mediaset will stream the game.

After this past season, the rivalry between the two sides is certainly heated (to say the least) and it should be a good game. The clashes in the league, though, will be the most intense ones as both are aiming for the Scudetto.

  1. I don’t even think there are coming much fans there from both sides. I mean who wants to go to Riyadh in the first place, most of these guys need to work the other days and it’s really pricy I think.
