AC Milan will face Hellas Verona in the final round of the 2022/23 edition of Serie A. As the Rossoneri concluded round 37 last night with a win against Juventus, the league has now confirmed the dates for the final round.
Milan secured their top-four finish with the win against Juventus last night, and thus the game against Verona doesn’t mean as much. Third place is still within reach, but Inter would have to lose their game against Torino.
As confirmed by Serie A, Milan will face Verona on Sunday at 21:00 CEST. Interestingly enough, Inter will take on Torino the day before at 18:00, in spite of the two city rivals still competing for this place. Most likely, it’s due to the upcoming UCL final for the Nerazzurri.
Since top four has been secured, as mentioned, it should be a rather comfortable evening for Milan. Of course, Verona are still fighting for survival and will be giving their all underneath the floodlights at San Siro.
