Official: Primavera star Giacomo Olzer signs two-year renewal with Milan – photo

By Isak Möller -

Milan have focused a lot on young players in recent years and that has paid off this season, as they are now close to a Champions League return. And in the Primavera side, one of the stars has renewed his contract.

The player in question is Giacomo Olzer, who has scored six goals in eleven appearances for the Primavera side this season. The 19-year-old even made an appearance off the bench in Milan’s Coppa Italia clash against Torino back in January.

On the official Twitter account for the youth sector, Milan announced that the winger has signed a two-year renewal with the club and thus will remain until at least 2023.

  1. Its useless for young player like him if pioli didnt want to play him on the pitch, intstead he prefer krunic and castillejo who cant make a different at all, pioli is the problem for all the primavera player to rise

    1. It’s very rare for a young player, especially an attacker, to be able to break straight into a top division side, simply because of physical development. He’ll most likely go out on loan, but hopefully can feature for Milan in a few years’ time.
