The date and time for AC Milan’s final game of the Serie A season has been confirmed, and it will be played on Sunday as expected.
The Rossoneri, who are currently top, travel to the Mapei Stadium in Reggio Emilia knowing they need a draw or win to secure the Serie A title. Up until this afternoon the date and time of the game was not known, but now the official website have confirmed it will take place at Sunday 22 May at 18:00 CEST.
As was also expected, Inter’s game against Sampdoria at San Siro will kick-off at the same time thus ensuring that neither team has the advantage or disadvantage of knowing the result of the other team first.
The 2-0 win over Atalanta yesterday thanks to goals from Rafael Leao and Theo Hernandez mean that Milan just need one point to be Serie A champions for the first time since 2010-11.
