Photo: De Paul spotted in Milano amid Inter and AC Milan links – Udinese officially respond

By Oliver Fisher -

Udinese star Rodrigo De Paul was in Milano on Thursday, fuelling rumours that he could be set for a move to Milan or Inter.

Calciomercato.com’s Daniele Longo (via ACMBrasil) reported earlier today that Maldini has been talking with representatives of De Paul in recent days over a possible move, while MilanNews confirmed that the interest is concrete despite the high asking price.

The Argentine playmaker was in Milano today, as Calciomercato.com and the image below confirms, and he even frequented the restaurant ‘Botinero’ which is owned by compatriot and Inter vice president Javier Zanetti.

However, Udinese have moved to clarify any speculation that his visit north was transfer related: “Udinese Calcio specifies, in order to avoid any misunderstanding, that today Rodrigo De Paul was in Milan to go to the Argentine Consulate, with his family and accompanied by the Club, for bureaucratic reasons.”
