Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara, who won ‘Best Sporting Director’ together, weren’t the only AC Milan figures rewarded at the Globe Soccer Awards. In fact, Zlatan Ibrahimovic also got an award.
The 41-year-old is expected to be back in action at the start of next year and it will be very interesting to see what he can add to the team. In the meantime, during the GSA event in Dubai, Ibrahimovic was praised for his impressive career.
He was handed the ‘Player Career Award’, which is an award that celebrates the careers of footballing icons. Ibrahimovic has indeed had a fantastic career, with many titles, and he could still add more to that tally.
