Rade Krunic has excelled since Stefano Pioli decided to permanently use him in the midfield tandem alongside Sandro Tonali. The fans have had some fun with that, and Rafael Leao has joined in.
The importance of the Bosnian midfielder has been undeniable lately, able to read the game extremely well in both phases of the game. There’s still room for improvement, but he has clearly stepped up in the last few months.
On Twitter, a Milan fan under the handle Saturnion13 tweeted a fake quote from Margot Robbie about Krunic’s recent success with the Rossoneri. And Krunic’s teammate Rafael Leao has liked that tweet. The appreciation of the player is big at the moment, in other words.
