Brahim Diaz has officially left AC Milan after spending three years at the club on loan, returning to Real Madrid ahead of next season. On social media, the Rossoneri thanked the Spaniard for his service.
Diaz struggled to impose himself in the first two years at the club but had more success this past season, scoring seven goals and assisting an additional seven. Real Madrid thus took the decision to keep him for next season, as was confirmed today.
On their social media, Milan published a message thanking the Spaniard: “You brought joy to the San Siro. Thank you for everything, best of luck. Forza Brahim!”

A nice gesture after a long time at the club, but it’s worth noting that Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara didn’t even get a tweet when their departures were announced.

I love it that we spent three years developing Madrid’s next starter, while our biggest investment (and flop this far) could only get 20-30mn cameos all season with a rare start here and there. SHould have been developing CDK more all this time.
Even Leao and Sandro weren’t what they are today, they would play more regularly which probably contributed to them developing faster.
its Milan fault for not having a proper agreement for purchase. They should have bought him this season for a fixed amount and then sell on to bpl. Or sell back to real if they want him.
The way this went is Milan paid real to develop Diaz.. 3M€ btw. Lol
Leao didn’t play regularly in his first season, go back and check, Rebic was constantly benching him but whenever he’s introduced he makes an impact because of that he got more trust from the coach unlike CDK who wastes every opportunity Pioli gave him to prove himself.

In as much as we all know that CDK deserves another season, we shouldn’t be blind to know the facts, he failed woefully to prove himself.
Pioli gave him the chances and opportunity to prove himself.
Pioli played Diaz more often because he was up to the task and more ready than CDK which I will say Pioli wasn’t wrong with his choices.
Diaz helped a lot this season despite being not so good.
So because Diaz is a player on loan the coach should bench him and play someone that is misfiring and lacks confidence.
The season is over I hope he gets a full preseason to prepare with the team and prove himself when the season starts.
