Photo: Milan conspiracy fueled as Chief Prosecutor sits with Inter management at San Siro

By Isak Möller -

A few weeks ago, Milan Prosecutor’s Office launched an investigation into the ownership of AC Milan. It has not been without controversy, as the Chief Prosecutor Marcello Viola is an Inter fan and was invited to their game against Empoli.

On Monday this week, Inter beat Empoli by two goals to nil and it wasn’t just the Nerrazzuri management watching on from the VIP seats. As seen in the picture below, Chief Prosecutor Marcello Viola was also sitting in those seats, just above the bigshots at Inter.

Milan have made it clear that there are absolutely no grounds for the investigation, with RedBird taking full control of the club in August of 2022. We wrote about the subject at great length on our Substack and why the investigation is a shot in the dark.

Seeing Chief Prosecutor Viola at San Siro to watch Inter, therefore, has only made it more obvious that the investigation is driven by wishful thinking rather than evidence. Furthermore, Inter are in a much more dire financial situation and could be repossessed by OakTree, which has lent the club owners a significant amount of money.

In other words, the Chief Prosecutor should perhaps look at the Nerazzurri instead, and certainly if he feels the AC Milan investigation is justified.

  1. I’m not surprised about this

Inter always labelled themself as if they’re the most pure and cleanest club in Italy when they’re just as nasty and shady like Juve.
